Luanda — Angola may enter the Guinness World Records if it manages to make a mosaic with coins depicting the National Flag, during an event started on Monday morning in Luanda.
This was said by the spokesperson of the event, Patricia Pacheco.
The project, promoted by "Semba Comunicação", aims at making use of 61,000 coins, in order to divulge the name of the country and the national currency (Kwanza) in the book of world records.
Taking place at Belas Shopping in Luanda, the event started at 11:00 a.m and and will end at 10:00 p.m.
Patricia Pacheco said that the technicians of Deloitte/Angola will decide whether all the requirements have been achieved.
Until 3:00 p.m (local time), the country had already placed 27.000 coins.
