Nigeria: Fuel Subsidy Fraud - Court Fixes Nov. 26 to Re-Arraign Ali's Son, Three Others

An Ikeja High Court has fixed Nov. 26 for the re-arraignment of Mamman Ali, son of former Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) National Chairman, Sen. Ahmadu Ali, and three others for alleged fuel subsidy fraud.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the defendants were scheduled to be re-arraigned before Justice Adeniyi Onigbanjo on Monday but the court could not sit as expected.
