The new law on road accidents is exceedingly ill timed, prejudiced, biased and in bad taste. Motorists association of Kenya Chairman Peter Murima says accidents are not caused by motorists alone, and punishing motorists alone is unfair. He says law enforcers should also put into consideration all other aspects that lead to accidents and spread the punishment across the board.
