Egypt: Qandil Discuses Conditions of Land Reclamation Companies

Prime Minister Hisham Qandil held a meeting on Sunday to discuss the status of land reclamation companies.

The meeting was attended by Finance Minister Momtaz el-Saeid, Agriculture and Land Reclamation Minister Salah Abdel-Mo'men and Investment Minister Osama Saleh.

It was decided to call for holding the general assembly of the Holding Company for land reclamation to pick a new president in December, said Cabinet Spokesman Alaa el-Hadidi, following the meeting.

The meeting took up the conditions of the land reclamation companies and ways to solve the problems besetting them, he added.
