Angola: Canhoca Commune Gains Sports Infrastructures

Ndalatando — Two sports infrastructures that were built in Canhoca commune, in Kwanza Norte Province, were handed over last Saturday to the local communities.

The mentioned infrastructures are a community football field and a multipurpose field , which were built in the ambit of the integrated municipal programme of rural development and fight against poverty.

The handover act was witnessed by the provincial governor of Kwanza Norte, Henrique André Junior, and is part of the celebrations of the country's independence day, marked on November 11.

The infrastructures were received well by the young people, who manifested their satisfaction at the construction of these undertakings.

On the occasion, governor Henrique Júnior also handed over some equipment to be used to boost sports activities in this region.
