Gambia: Tango Elects New Board

The Association of Non Governmental Organisations (TANGO) elected the members of its Board of Directors at its Annual General Meeting held at the TANGO Conference Hall on Thursday 8 November 2012, according to TANGO sources.

Mr Yahya Sanyang, Executive Director of FIOH was elected the Chairperson of TANGO Board of Directors. Mrs Yadicon Njie Eribu, Coordinator of FAWEGAM was elected as Board Vice Chair while Modou Alieu Bah of CIAM became the Treasurer.

Other board members are Ms Pamela Cole of WANEP Gambia, Omar Ceesay of HePDO, Njaga Jawo of NAWFA, Burang Danjo of Concern Universal, Ms Bridget Correa of ADWAC, Mr Mahmood Kebbeh of ISRA and Mrs Awa Lewis of GFPA.
