Treatment of diarrhea is free in all pubic hospitals for children aged 5years and below. Head of Child and Adolescent Health Stewart Kibaka is urging all guardians to go to hospital as soon as the child starts to diarrhea to receive the free ORS and Zinc tablets which are more effective than home remedies.
