Tunisia: Supporting Construction Process of 'Free, Democratic and Open Maghreb,' Challenge to Europe - Franco Frattini

Tunis — Lecturing on "Europe and Democracy" at a meeting jointly organised Monday by the Carthage University and the Italian Cultural Institute, Mr. Franco Frattini, Italy's former Foreign Minister and presently "Alcide de Gasperi" and Italian Company for International Organisation chairman, laid emphasis on the importance of supporting the construction process of "a free, democratic and open Maghreb, partner of a Europe in the process of unification."
