Bardo — The National Constituent Assembly will hold a plenary session on Tuesday morning to carry on examining the draft law on the setting up of the Independent High Authority for Elections (IHAE).
The Assembly had adopted last Thursday the first two articles of this draft law providing for IHAE creation and prerogatives.
