Bardo — "Tunisia is making sure progress on the road to realisation of a peaceful transition process whose success would serve as a model for the Arab and Muslim world," said Italian MP and former Foreign Minister Franco Frattini.
Meeting, on Monday, with National Constituent Assembly Speaker Mustapha Ben Jaafar, the former Italian minister assured that his country "will spare no effort to help make of this process a success and assist Tunisia in taking up the social and economic challenges facing it," a NCA communiqué reports.
For his part, the Speaker of the NCA pointed out that success of the transition process in Tunisia depends on the country's ability to take up the socio-economic challenges and on combining the national efforts, as well as on winning support of the international community.
The point consists, he explained, " in sending positive messages to the young people who aspire to achieve their ambitions, more particularly in matters of employment."
