Eight handicap golfer Peter Mwindi carded 39 stableford points at the Royal Nairobi Golf Club to earn first place in the PG Bison club night tournament.
His winning margin was two points ahead of the runner up Pami Sokhi. A countback gave Eric Govani third place. He had also registered 37 points.
After receiving his prize from Dipan Mediatta, the chairman of PG Bison, Peter Mwindi said: "Recent rain has made the back nine wet and the greens soft, but true.
The course is in good shape and I had two birdies and nine pars." Eric Ooko shot an excellent round of 71 to take home the prize for the gross winner. A score of 22 points gave Karim Pisani the award for the best first nine and Mandhi Sehmi won the second nine prize with 20 points.
