Kenya: Gang Robs M-Pesa Kiosk in Naivasha

Armed thugs raided an Mpesa shop in Naivasha and stole more than Sh100,000. Gun shots rent the air as the four thugs, who included a woman, took control of a street in Karagita estate .

The thugs later using a stolen taxi drove slowly from the estate The gangsters hadhired a taxi in Naivasha town telling the driver to drop them in Kijabe Hospital near Mirera estate.

The taxi driver, David Chege, said the woman approached him. "We agreed on the charges and three men joined her but along the way they ordered me at gun point to stop the car and bundled me in the rear seat," he said. Chege said the thugs then raided the shop.
