Kenya: Football Fraternity Parties at the Tribe

Friday night was a special one as the football fraternity converged at The Tribe Hotel in Gigiri, Nairobi. The evening was a precursor to the penultimate day on the Kenyan Premier League calendar as sports figures looked forward to crowning the Kenya champions.

The evening was also an opportunity to screen live Soccer Africa, a show on DStv which is hosted by South Africa's Thomas Mlambo. The show focused on Kenya's ranking on the Fifa table, the upcoming Cecafa Tusker Senior Challenge and the closing day of the season.

Among the guests in attendance were the coaches of the three teams fighting for the league Robert Matano (Tusker), Zdravko Logarusic (Gor Mahia) and Jan Koops (AFC Leopards).
