Angola: Artist Nástio Mosquito to Exhibits in London On November 24

Luanda — The Angolan artist Nástio Mosquito will present on 24 November in the UK Tate Modern gallery in London a collection of his most irreverent videos, involving the music spoken word and song "a capella".

The exhibitions will be based on a collection entitled "Across the Board", a two-year project of Tate Modern gallery, aimed to expand the works of African artists.

The project also aims to boost the interaction between the local and international public with the artists, curators and scholars, so as to explore the current cultural and artistic production in Africa through a series of events.

Nástio Mosquito and Nigerian Otobong Nkanga were invited to open this first evento f series "Across the Board". Nástio Mosquito has already exhibited in South Korea and Amsterdam.
