Angola: Measles Kills Nineteen People in Ondjiva

Ondjiva — At least 19 people died of measles in Ondjiva municipal hospital, southern Cunene province, from August to Novemver 13, out of the 247 cases recorded there, Angop has learnt.

The head of statistics of the hospital, Hilário Ndeudalela, said that the cases of measles affected mostly the children.

In 2011, the hospital did not record any case of measles.
