Yola — An Adamawa High Court sitting in Yola yesterday upheld the decision of the National Working Committee of the PDP that dissolved the state executive of the party led by Umaru Mijinyawa Kugama.
This is sequel to the disagreement by the rival factions of the party over the feasibility of conducting local government council elections this year, following an injunction ordering a stoppage of all procedures in connection with the poll.
