Bardo — Convened in a plenary session on Tuesday, National Constituent Assembly (NCA) members adopted several amendments to Article 3 of the Independent Higher Authority for the Elections (IHAE) Bill.
The NCA had adopted, during last Thursday's plenary session, this draft law's first and second articles which deal with the creation the authority and define its prerogatives.
