Housing Finance has reintroduced part fixed mortgages , where you can access funding, at a fixed rate over a period of time to attract new home owners. Chairman Steve Mainda says the firm whose 3 billion shillings bond issue began trading at the NSE today, will use the proceeds to put up houses for middle and low income earners.
