Angola: Health Technicians Upgraded in Matters of Sanitary Statistics

Ndalatando — About twenty health technicians in Kwanza Norte Province are since last Tuesday attending, in Ndalatando, an upgrading seminar in matters of basic contents of sanitary statistics.

The training programme is being promoted by the provincial health department, in partnership with the Spanish NGO "Médicos del Mundo".

The course is intended to brush up the knowledge of health technicians in the province aiming at guaranteeing trustworthy statistical information that is produced in health units and reinforce the skills of local technicians.

The five-day seminar is part of the strategic plan of the provincial health department regarding the need to strengthen the sanitary programme in Kwanza Norte Province, which is being implemented in partnership with the NGO "Médicos Del Mundo".
