Kenya/Tanzania: Harambee Dimmed By Taifa in Battle of Stars

Mwanza — Azam defender Aggrey Morris struck in the seventh minute for Taifa Stars to sink Harambee Stars 1-0 in their FIFA International friendly at the CCM Karumba Stadium in Mwanza on Wednesday.

The defeat was the second successive loss for Frenchman Henri Michel following the 2-1 reverse to Bafana Bafana last month since he took over in September as a side missing Celtic star Victor Wanyama and first choice keeper Arnold Origi failed to find an equaliser in the lake side city.

Michel brought on Jerry Santos and Patrick Osiako in midfield in place of Wanyama and Patrick Oboya while Gor Mahia custodian Jerim Onyango started in goal.
