Kenya: Samburu Residents Flee Homes in Fear of Military

Several families are fleeing their homes in Samburu following the arrival of the military. The Kenya Red Cross is carrying out an assessment to establish the exact number of those who have fled and where they are headed to. President Kibaki yesterday ordered the military to assist the police in nabbing the bandits who killed over 40 police officers in Baragoi.
