Kenya: Register Youth With Waiting Cards As Voters

Close to 2 million Kenyans with waiting cards may be locked out of voter registration due to begin next week. The IEBC has indicated that under Kenyan law, only IDs or a Kenyan passport are valid for voter registration. We sought views from Kenyans on the streets.
