Angola: Francophone and Cinema's 6th Cycle Opened

Luanda — Aliança Francesa of Luanda opened on Wednesday here the sixth cycle of Francophone and Angolan cinema, under the theme " Nouvelle Vague".

Taking place in the auditorium of Luanda's Journalist Training Centre (Cefojor), the event was opened with the exhibition of a French classical novel film entitled"Jules Et Jim/ Uma mulher para dois".

This cycle of cinema is part of Aliança Francesa project dubbed "quartas de cine" in partnership with Cefojor and started in February 2012 and will end on 14 December this year.

To Alain Sarragosse, director of Aliança Francesa, this project aims to encourage and stimulate the producers of films and national television to develop the creativity by the art, and thus elevate the liking of the public to the cineme.

He appealed to the public in general participate in the film sessions, as the entrances are free of charge.
