Kenya: Water Company 'Will Complete All Projects'

LAKE Victoria South Water Services Board is set to complete all projects within the 2012/13 financial year. The board's CEO Moses Agumba said they have already laid down strategies to ensure the projects are completed.

Speaking at Tom Mboya Labour College in Kisumu yesterday, Agumba who was flanked by the board's chairman Joseph Weya said the board will make sure the projects are commissioned immediately once completed.

He said that among the projects targeted for completion include Kegati Water Supply in Kisii, Rongo, Migori, Keroka, Isbania and Kericho.

"The board plans to mobilise funds to implement more community facilities and Vision 2030 projects in its area of operation," said Agumba.
