Huambo — The acting governor of Huambo province, Francisco Fato, on Thursday here highlighted the importance of the holding of the fifth national forum of micro finances promotion for the affirmation of the business in Angola, Angop has learnt.

He hailed it during the opening of the fifth national forum on micro finance that will take place until November 17, in Huambo province.

The official said that the micro finance, a programme launched by the Angolan Government, is an important strategy in the fight against poverty and hunger, once it promotes various micro finance services that contribute to the direct support to the populations and businesspeople that have not guarantee of the banking sector to have access to direct financing.
