Cabinda — An annual cultural festival may be held in Cabinda, on Thursday here announced the provincial secretary of culture, Euclides da Lomba, Angop has learnt.
Euclides da Lomba said that the project is under study, being that the initiative will highlight the values and the artistic creativity, mainly in the areas of music and the promotion of Northern Cabinda provincial in particular.
It will be something similar to the Sumbe festival (FestiSumbe), he said.
