Nigeria: Akinjide Conferred With 2012 Interfaith Leadership Award

The Minister of State for Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Oloye Olajumoke Akinjide, has bagged Inter-Faith Leadership Award for all immense efforts at encouraging religious harmony within the FCT and Nigeria

Akinjide had during the conferment of the award advised the Joint Faith Peace Initiative to continue to sustain religious harmony in the FCT.

The minister while receiving the prestigious Interfaith Leadership Award 2012 by the Joint Faith Peace Initiative (JFPI) disclosed that the leadership of the FCT administration would support the organisation to achieve its mandate of restoring integrity and uniting humanity.

She assured that the FCT administration (FCTA) would also collaborate with the JFPI in the area of youth empowerment.
