Angola: Population of Ngumba Locality Gains Health Centre

Cela — The population of Ngumba locality, situated 40 kilometres to the north of Wako Kungo City, Kwanza Sul Province, recently gained a health centre, as part of the municipal integrated programme of fight against hunger and poverty.

The health centre, whose work is amounted at 6.5 million kwanzas, has a casualty ward, consultations room, two observation wards, toilets and an administrative area.

The municipal administrator of Cela, Isaías Bumba Luciano, said that the construction of the health post will allow the population to receive prompt medical assistance.

The health centre was unveiled in the ambit of the festivities of November 11, National Independence Day.
