Egypt: Morsi Greets Egyptians in U.S. on New Hijri Year

President Mohamed Morsi greeted the Egyptian community in the US on the new Hijri year.
Egyptian Ambassador to the US Mohamed Tawfik said Morsi sent a cable of greeting to the Egyptian nationals on the New Year.
Egypt's Darul-Iftaa announced Wednesday that Thursday will be the first day of the new Islamic year.
