The High Court has stopped proceedings of a case filed by a couple claiming to be the biological parents of late George Saitoti's son in a Nakuru magistrate court .
The orders were issued by Justice Isaac Lenaola following an application by Saitoti's widow and her son, who argued that the suit is meant to divert public attention from the inquiry into the helicopter crash that killed 6 people among them Saitoti.
