Kenya: Building Owners Yet to Comply to Disability Act

Most building owners are yet to comply with the Disabilities Act of 2003 which requires that buildings be accessible for Persons Living with Disabilities.

Consultant James Atema who carried out a research on the group says public transport, social amenities, roads and access to buildings is difficult for them.
