Members of the election monitoring group say they will move to court to compel Mps to pass important bills like the Election Campaign Financing Bill 2012, if they fail to do so soon after resuming sittings.
Chairman Kennedy Masime says there is enough time for the government and parliament to ensure all pending election bills are passed without altering the election dates.
