Angola: Local Students in Ghana Celebrate Independence Day

Accra — Angolan students in Ghana sang, danced and performed theatre play during an activity sponsored by the Angolan embassy to the western African country to mark the 37th anniversary of national independence of Angola.

The event brought together the ambassador Ana Maria Teles Carreira, diplomats of Angolan mission, Angola's friends and the student community in Ghana.

During the event the ambassador seized the occasion to bid farewell to the students who have concluded their schooling and welcomed the new ones.

The consular sector of embassy of Angola controls 60 students, including the nine who have recently arrived in Ghana.
