Angola: Country Attends Amocost Conference

Brazzaville — The Angolan minister of Science and Technology, Maria Candida Teixeira,Thursday in Brazzaville, Republic of Congo, that henceforth Angola will fully attend the activities of the African Ministerial Conference on Science and Technology (AMCOST).

The minister who attended for the first time the conference held between 14-15 November in Brazzaville, assured so while speaking at the closing ceremony of the event presided over by the Congolese Minister of Research and Technological Innovation, Bruno Jean Richard Itoua.

"From now on I will always be with you in all meetings that are convened" - said Maria Candida Teixeira, expressing pride in being at the conference and congratulated the organising committee on the "excellent" work.

In his closing speech, Bruno Itoua said that the recommendations and outlined strategy will stimulate and improve systems for the preparation and implementation of actions favorable to the development of Science and technology Innovation in Africa.
