Kano State Governor, Engineer Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso has disclosed that northern governors would meet and critically deliberate on the Petroleum Industrial Bill (PIB), which is currently with the National Assembly.
"The north must stand up and face it unanimously. The issue of PIB should be handled with care, so as to effectively checkmate the possible implications the Bill might bring," he said.
Kwankwaso revealed that when he was a member of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), he knew how much money was being sent to NDDC, Ministry for Niger Delta, and other places.
"And yet, people were calling north parasites and all kinds of names. Justice needs to be done in this issue of PIB," he advised.
