Egypt, Qatar Affirm Need to Take Unified Arab Stance to Deter Israel

President Mohamed Morsi on Saturday 17/11/2012 received Emir of Qatar Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani who arrived in Cairo yesterday on a few hours visit the two leaders had talks on developments in Gaza, the Israeli aggression on Gaza enclave and developments in Syria.

Presidential Spokesman Dr. Yasser Ali said Qatar highly appreciates the role of Egypt in halting the Israeli savage aggression on Gaza and stemming bloodshed in Gaza. He said all parties are exerting efforts to calm down the situation adding the Emir of Qatar decided to dispatch urgent aid to Gaza in coordination with Egypt.
