Kenya: Gor Mahia Edged Past Rivals AFC Leopards to Book Ticket to the Finals

Defending champions Gor Mahia edged past rivals AFC Leopards 2-1 to book their ticket in the final of the FKF Cup. Kevin Omondi scored the first Gor goal after 12 minutes, while captain Moses Odhiambo made in two in the 2nd half.

Charles Okwemba got one back for Ingwe in the 82nd minute, however Gor ensured they held onto their one goal advantage to book their spot in the final. Ko'galo will now play the winners of the 2nd semi between Sofapaka and Tusker which will be played today.

Manchester city are a point clear at the top of the epl table, after they hammered Aston Villa 5 nil yesterday. 2nd placed Manchester United failed to extend their lead, after losing one nil to Norwich.

3rd placed Chelsea also had a bad day in the office, losing two one to West Brom, who are now 4th. Meanwhile Arsenal thrashed bitter rivals Spurs 5-2 in the North London Derby, while Luis Suarez scored twice as Liverpool beat Wigan 3 nil to move into 11th place.
