The voter registration exercise begins tomorrow yet thousands of IDs remain uncollected.
IEBC chairman Isaack Hassan is urging Kenyans to collect their identity cards as they are needed so as to be registered as a voter.
Hassan says they are targeting to register 20 million voters and the timeline will not be extended.
