Turkana South MP Josephat Nanok and Turkana central MP Ekwe Ethuro are this morning expected to appear in court to answer to incitement charges. The two addressed a conference last week to defend the Baragoi Killings that left over 40 police officers dead. Nanok has been in police custody since Friday after he declined to record a statement with the CID.
