Tunisia Condemns Bombing of Its Gaza School - Presidency

Carthage — Tunisia, Saturday, condemned the bombing by the Israeli aviation of "Tunisia's School" in Beit Hanoun, shortly before the visit of the Tunisian official delegation to Gaza, said a press statement of Adnan Mansar, the Spokesman for the Presidency of the Republic.

"Tunisia strongly condemns this new heinous crime, stresses Mr. Mansar, saying this assault "will not affect the determination of the Tunisian people to support their brothers in Palestine."

"Tunisia calls on the international community to work urgently to put an end to the Israeli offensive," said the presidency statement, adding that the country pledges to rebuild this school which has stood as "a link between the two brotherly peoples."
