Egypt: Interior Ministry Warns of Calls to Attack Police Facilities

The Interior Ministry said on Sunday that the ministry has detected recently calls instigating citizens to attack police facilities on the first anniversary of Mohamed Mahmoud St. incidents.

The calls, which have been posted on Facebook, called on people to gather on Monday, said the ministry in a statement.

The statement called on people not to reply to these calls.

Center Media official in Interior Ministry confirmed that security efforts have been made during the last period during which police lost many of the martyrs and the injured to restore security and stability.
