Angola: Five Border Transgressions Foiled in Zaire Province

Mbanza Kongo — Five border transgression attempts on the common border between Angola and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) were recorded by the police in Northern Zaire province, Angop has learnt.

The figures are part of a weekly report of the provincial command of police in Zaire, delivered on Monday to Angop, that adds that following it 32 citizens from DRC were detained.

The infringements were recorded in Ponta do Padrão (Soyo Municipality) and in Kinguvo, (Noqui municipality).

Dozens of Foreign citizens are detained for illegal stay in Northern Zaire province.
