Angola: Huambo Culture Director Hails Importance of Gospel Show

Huambo — The provincial director of culture in Huambo, Pedro Nambongue Chissanga, over the weekend hailed the holding of the gospel musical show that in his opinion contributed to raise the level of conscience of the population, Angop has learnt.

According to him, the show that marked the national independence days, achieved on November 11, 1975, also served for pacification of the spirits and the soul of the citizens of this city.

"The population is already gaining awareness on the importance of gospel music for clean the soul and the pacification of spirits, therefore it is necessary that the coming shows have a greater rigor in matters of organization", he said.
