press release

On Tuesday November 20, 2012 at 10 am in Cape Town, the High Court will hear on an urgent basis the application to order the Speaker of the National Assembly to do all that which is necessary or conducive to schedule the debate on the motion of no-confidence in the President, Jacob Zuma.

The application for this urgent interdict was launched on Friday by the Leader of the Opposition on behalf of and on the mandate of substantially all the Opposition Parties. The motion of no-confidence was equally moved by the Leader of the Opposition on mandate of the same parties.
