The Institute of Economic Affairs has postponed the second presidential debate on request by President John Dramani Mahama. This follows the five-day national mourning of the late Vice President Alhaji Aliu Mahama declared by the president.
The debate has been rescheduled for Wednesday 21st November, 2012
