Namibia: 'Generations' Star to Attend Theatre and Film Awards

South African actor, Sello Maake Ka-Ncube, will be coming to Namibia to attend the Namibian Theatre and Film Awards on Saturday, November 24.

The renowned award winning actor and director, is best known to television audiences for his role as Archie Moroka on the SABC1 soapie 'Generations'.

The National Theatre of Namibia (NTN) in partnership with the Filmmakers Association of Namibia (FAN) and with the assistance of The Namibia Film Commission (Fan) will present the fourth Namibian Theatre and Film Awards.

Ka-Ncube will also use his time in the country to present a workshop on Friday, November 23, which is aimed at providing actors with a theoretical and practical background in drama, and to prepare themselves for a career in acting.

This workshop has been opened for local actors, directors and scriptwriters in Namibia.
