Nigeria: Tension As Kogi House Resumes

Lokoja — Kogi State House of Assembly is to resume sitting after five weeks of tension and crisis generated over the impeachment of the Speaker of the House, Hon Abdullahi Bello, alongside other principal officers.

Vanguard gathered that members of the House agreed to resume sitting after the imbroglio following the intervention of the former governor of the State, Alhaji Ibrahim Idris, weekend.
