Nigeria: Jonathan Attends D-8 Summit in Pakistan

President Goodluck Jonathan will today travel to Pakistan to attend a summit of the group of eight developing countries (D-8). A statement by presidential spo-kesman Reuben Abati said the president will hold bilateral talks with leaders of Pakistan, Malaysia, Turkey, Iran and Egypt during the summit.
The president will be accompanied on the trip by Foreign Affairs Minister Olugbenga Ashiru, Trade and Investment Minister Olusegun Aganga and Central Bank Governor Sanusi Lamidoso Sanusi.
