Liberia: CDC Warns AG Kilby

The Congress for Democratic Change (CDC) through its Secretary General Mr. Nathaniel McGill over the weekend issued a "serious" warning against the Auditor General, Mr. Robert Kilby, to immediately reinstate all employees he has redundant at the General Auditing Commission (GAC).

Mr. McGill furthered that there will be 'serious' legal consequences from the CDC if AG Kilby failed to heed the warning including prosecution for underling peace and security. According to him, the action of AG Kilby has under the government policy on job creation. He described the GAC action as a threat to national security and has propensity to create chaos.
