Rwanda: Nur V-Ball Team Wants to Sign Trio

THE National University of Rwanda coach Fidele Nyirimana has expressed interest in signing former APR right attack Flavien Ndamukunda, Nyanza fixer Placide Madison Sibomana and Libero Auxier Moussa Ndahimana Masizo.

According to Nyirimana, the trio, if signed, would be major additions to his team ahead of the next league season, which is tentatively scheduled to start in mid January, 2013.

"We want to sign those three players. We want to win the league next season, having missed out on both the league and Carré d'As cup last season, it's important to strengthen our team in preparation for the title next year," he said.

Ndamukunda played in Libya last season with first division club El Milia, and Nyirimana believes his vast experience would boost NUR's title aspirations.

"He is a good player and if we can sign him, it would help us in the upcoming season," he said.

National University of Rwanda is in the semi final of Malaria tournament which is slated on 1st December in Ngoma District.
